With more than $250 million in transaction activity, they bring a wealth of development and investment experience to the world of medical office development and commercial re-development.

Gabriel Guillois is a founding partner at Atlas Stark Holdings, LLC. He currently spends time working on new development, equity raising and managing the portfolio of properties. Prior to Atlas Stark Holdings, LLC, Gabe was a partner at the Lundy Group for 12 years where he led the development and equity raising activities as well as opportunistic acquisitions. As part of his equity activities, he raised a fund for medical office acquisition and developments. Prior to Lundy Group, Gabe spent five years working in the finance industry in New York City. He was in charge of a proprietary trading desk and part of a technology platform team. Gabe attended Lehigh University for his undergraduate degree. He received his MBA at Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in 2006. After his time in Charlottesville, Gabe moved to Raleigh, and has settled into the community with his wife Amanda.
Trey is a founding partner of Atlas Stark Holdings, LLC. Prior to founding Atlas Stark Holdings, LLC, Trey served as an associate and development partner at the Lundy Group. In this role, Trey lead acquisition, disposition and development efforts, and was integral in raising project capital. He also oversaw leasing efforts for Lundy Group’s portfolio. Before joining Lundy Group, Trey spent seven years as a consultant with PDA, a regional consulting firm focused on strategic planning for healthcare systems. Through this experience Trey became an expert in the Certificate of Need process and healthcare operations across multiple business lines. Trey remains actively involved in healthcare through his appointment to the State Health Coordinating Council (SHCC) and as a Board Member of the Carolina Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (CSHSMD). Trey graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006 with a BA in Exercise and Sports Science- Athletic Training and a Minor in Chemistry. Locally he is an active member of Christ Church and a member of Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA) and Triangle Commercial Association Realtors (TCAR).
As an Associate at Atlas Stark Holdings, LLC, Catherine provides support across the spectrum of business activities including development, asset management, brokerage, and marketing. Catherine joined Atlas Stark Holdings, LLC after graduating from UNC Kenan-Flagler’s MBA program with a concentration in real estate finance and development. Prior to business school, she worked at MAC Realty Advisors, a boutique multifamily brokerage firm in Washington, DC for four years. Catherine grew up in Greensboro, NC and attended NC State University for her undergraduate degree. She is a licensed real estate broker and is a member of Urban Land Institute and the Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA).
As an Associate at Atlas Stark Holdings, LLC, Jared provides asset management, project management and property management support. Jared graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 with a BS in Public Health, concentrating in Health Policy & Management. He worked for five years as Health Center Administrator at the North Carolina Orthopedic Clinic, part of the Duke University Health System, where he oversaw clinic operations and strategic market expansion. In 2014, he became a Strategic Account Manager at Biologics, Inc., an oncology-focused specialty pharmacy in Cary, NC. Returning to UNC, Jared obtained his Executive MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School in October 2017, concentrating in Finance. Jared and his wife Katherine reside in Raleigh and are proud parents to their daughter, Amelia. Jared was a founding member of Midtown Community Church in Raleigh, where he remains involved in church leadership and their global missions team.
